Robert M. Licata, M.D.

Dr. Robert M. Licata moved to Atlanta in 1974 to attend Emory's undergraduate program. He went to medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, and completed his pediatric internship and residency at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He began practicing in East Cobb in 1985, and formed Pediatric Associates, PC in 1989. He formed Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, PC, in 1999. Dr. Licata served as Director of the Department of Pediatrics at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite from 1992 to 1994, and was President of the Medical and Surgical Staff in 1996.
He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He hails originally from Suffern, New York and currently lives in Roswell. He has four sons, Bobby, John, Mitch and Chet. Dr. Licata sees patients primarily at the Marietta office.
